Sam has really taken a liking to the maple syrup production. He man's the evaporator in the sugar shack while I do the final filtering and bottling inside the house with Heidi covering the farm chores. We make a good team :)
I can hardly believe it, 32 years ago I was also 8 years old just like Sam helping out making maple syrup for the first time. Time flies!
