Disclaimer!  We would like to be fair to everyone.  Therefore we will sell these bundles based on "Actual Weight" as opposed to a "set package price".  This Price will be $15.45 per pound.  Cattle will vary in size from butcher date to butcher date,  so clearly look at the "Average weight" to determine your estimated size and cost. 

All steaks cut 1" to 1 1/4" thick. Roasts are cut to approx. 2.8-3.1 lbs. Ground beef in 1 lb. packages. Stew beef in approx. 1.15 lb. packages.  Since these are "Butcher cut Packages"  some of the volumes of each item may vary slightly from our typical outline below.
