Spring Honey

Our honey is raw which means unpasteurized, unfiltered, and never heated. This keeps all the taste and medicinal properties of raw honey intact.

Our spring honey is derived from a variety of wildflower and plant blossoms. This year it is obvious by the flavour that basswood was the predominant flower. 

Basswood honey is mildly spicy with a woody, minty bite. It is a lighter, milder tasting honey compared to our fall honey (coming soon!).
