Maple Glazed Ham

Ingredients

1 Jubilee Ham
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup *Be sure and use pure maple syrup. Please do not use "pancake syrup" for this glaze. It isn't maple syrup.
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

While your ham is cooking prepare your glaze. 

In a large saucepan, combine glaze ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes.

When a thermometer reads 130 °F (about 1-2 hours of cooking for a ham 7-9 lb), remove ham from the oven. Pour glaze over ham. Bake ham, uncovered, until a thermometer reads 145°, about 15-30 minutes longer. 

Use the drippings to make a delicious gravy. Just put the drippings on a pot on the stovetop and heat. Add a thickener if you like, delicious!
